I visited today for OPD appointment after confirming the doctors availablility on call at Bensups hospital at 9:17 am, she asked me to reach at 11am for appointment. And mentioned that doctor is available for OPD at 10am-12pm. Once I reached the reception, they didn't even inform us if the doctor is available or not. They simply charged us the fees and made a receipt and asked to sit for 1 hour saying that you can go to the department directly. I even asked them to check with the doctor if she is coming or not. At first they didn't have the doctor's contact. The software user/ receptionist Amit he lied saying doctor is on the way and will be here by 10 mins and that she is stuck in traffic ( later they admitted that it was their assumption and that they only had doctor's assistant's contact - not sure what communication they had). However when I called her clinic their assistant told us to visit the clinic itself in the evening and that doctor won't be available at Bensups hospital today. They were not even apologetic of this behaviour when confronted. Pathetic service by staff.
This is our third time visiting Bensup for surgery, but unfortunately, we are not happy with the services this time. Morning sponging was not carried out, and the morning care kit was not provided. And I would like to report that the nursing staff member, Mantisha, displayed rude behavior and failed to provide a proper response. The overall IPR was unsatisfactory." I would like to sincerely appreciate Sister Ajeeta and sister Mamta for their outstanding support and care. very kind, patient, and attentive towards patients. behavior is respectful and professional, and they responds promptly to every concern. They truly makes patients feel safe and comfortable."
