One of the best eye hospitals, especially for kids! Doctor is kind, professional and service oriented. Recommended by pediatrists/ children's doctor This is the second time we visited the clinic. The doctor carefully rules out the possible options and doesn't recommend glasses unless really needed.. Even the optician and optometrist team ( technical help team) that the hospital has is good. They are kind hearted too.. Good facility.. Clean, well maintained, good ambience, professional, highly recommended!! Doctor gave good time, and was very approachable. Must visit for eye related issues from Pune. Has limited parking in front of the building. Toilet available inside and it was clean during visit.

I visited Dr. Kavita Kasav’s Aradhya Netralay for the very first time today and honestly it was a very good experience as far as interaction with doctor ma’am herself. I would suggest that the pre checkup room staff should be more professional and polite especially the one nurse with specs. Because I observed when I was talking she was talking bit sarcastically instead of showing understanding and care. Also, it should be clearly conveyed that there will be pre checkup and patients should be made aware of all the process that’s followed by hospital. Other than this I would like to specially mention that hospital’s reception staff is really polite and helpful. I hope my feedback will be taken as a positive note and necessary actions will be taken. Note : Please make sure to instruct your pre-checkup staff especially the one with specs to behave politely and show some care. Thank you

From consultation to post-surgery care, the staff was courteous, attentive, and highly professional. The doctors explained everything clearly and made the entire process stress-free. I recently took my mother for microscopic cataract surgery at this hospital, and we had an excellent experience. The doctor and staff are not only highly professional but also very kind and compassionate, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. The hospital maintains proper hygiene standards, and we felt very comfortable throughout. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I truly appreciate the care provided. :)
