I was diagnosed with Keratoconus, and Dr. Patil performed my surgery with expert ease. Throughout the procedure, he was remarkably supportive and kept me at ease by being talkative and encouraging. It’s been an amazing experience with Dr Agarwal Eye hospital with my mother’s cataract surgery. Recently visited Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital in Hadapsar for a regular eye checkup, and I had a great experience. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with advanced technology. The staff at the reception was polite and guided me through the process efficiently. The waiting time was minimal, and the doctors were very professional and thorough in their approach. They conducted all the tests carefully, explained the results in detail, and addressed all my queries patiently. The overall process was smooth, and I felt well taken care of. Edit : Very disappointing experience at Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital, Hadapsar. I got my spectacles made here after spending a high amount (₹5,500 for two orders – HDP/OPT/10772 & HDP/OPT/10773), expecting professional service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor. From the first use itself, the angle of one side lens was incorrect. I immediately informed the staff, but they casually said it is fine and will adjust on its own, which is not acceptable at all. Despite paying a premium price, basic things were ignored. The nose pads of the spectacles were not even changed. Even a roadside optical shop does this as basic service. There was no attention to quality or customer satisfaction. I chose Dr Agarwals over Lenskart, expecting better standards, but this turned out to be a big mistake. There was no home delivery, poor support from staff, and zero accountability after raising the issue. Overall, very bad service for such a reputed name. I have asked for a full refund, and if this is not resolved properly, I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
