I am incredibly happy with the services provided at the clinic. The entire staff is professional and helpful, but I want to extend a special thanks to Dr. Prasad Patil. I was diagnosed with Keratoconus, and Dr. Patil performed my surgery with expert ease. Throughout the procedure, he was remarkably supportive and kept me at ease by being talkative and encouraging. I highly recommend his expertise to anyone in need of specialized eye care

It’s been an amazing experience with Dr Agarwal Eye hospital with my mother’s cataract surgery. I really would like to express my gratitude to Dr Prasad Patil, Dr Abhijeet and Dr Abhilasha for their consultation and explaining the procedure. It’s been a smooth surgery. Special mention to Manisha mam and Ashwini for her guidance on TPA requirement. I recommend this hospital for an eye treatment.

Recently visited Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital in Hadapsar for a regular eye checkup, and I had a great experience. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with advanced technology. The staff at the reception was polite and guided me through the process efficiently. The waiting time was minimal, and the doctors were very professional and thorough in their approach. They conducted all the tests carefully, explained the results in detail, and addressed all my queries patiently. The overall process was smooth, and I felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital in Hadapsar to anyone looking for quality eye care services. A big thank you to the entire team for their excellent service! Edit : Very disappointing experience at Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital, Hadapsar. I got my spectacles made here after spending a high amount (₹5,500 for two orders – HDP/OPT/10772 & HDP/OPT/10773), expecting professional service. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely poor. From the first use itself, the angle of one side lens was incorrect. I immediately informed the staff, but they casually said it is fine and will adjust on its own, which is not acceptable at all. Despite paying a premium price, basic things were ignored. The nose pads of the spectacles were not even changed. Even a roadside optical shop does this as basic service. There was no attention to quality or customer satisfaction. I chose Dr Agarwals over Lenskart, expecting better standards, but this turned out to be a big mistake. There was no home delivery, poor support from staff, and zero accountability after raising the issue. Overall, very bad service for such a reputed name. I have asked for a full refund, and if this is not resolved properly, I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

recently underwent an eye operation at Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital, performed by Dr. Prasad Patil, and my experience was excellent. Dr. Prasad Patil is highly skilled, professional, and explained the procedure very clearly. The surgery went smoothly, and the hospital staff (Ashwini Sonwane mam) was very supportive and well-organized. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the treatment. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality eye care.
