The process was smooth and well-organized. I opted for home sample collection for the blood tests, and the team arrived at the booked slot and collected my samples. For the remaining tests at the hospital, everything was quick—each test took only about 5–10 minutes and a small wait time to proceed with the next test. The staff were polite, patient, and guided me clearly through every step. Overall, a very hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!
Their courteous front office is well staffed where you get processed soon. I did a Master scan which costed around 10k and the entire thing took 4 hours. It was mostly due to waiting in line which is normal. The facilities were good enough for the pricing it offers. I came here as an alternative to MgM which is my go to place however the last time took much longer and was told in advance that the reports would take a day hence tried Aarthi. The reports came quick and the best part is this place operations 24 hours. I came back at night when it was less crowded to receive my printed reports. Staff - 5/5 Doctors - 4.2/5 Facilities and pricing -4.5/5 Parking has to be done on the main road. There is space for 2 cars but you need to tell the security else there is a chance the traffic police will put a lock on your vehicle during afternoons This was initially a 1 star review due to some misunderstanding with the call center.
Extremely worst experience!! People do not know what to do for blood tests, the procedures and completely amateur behaviour. They pricked blood 3-4 times from me because they did it wrong. Ended up having low BP because of it and fainted literally. People here are completely amateur and do not know what they are doing. And they have an extremely liturgic response to patients!! Experience for no bull!
Staffs are so kind , very helpful to senior citizens and quick response. They are doing systematically their job. So experienced in their field. My experience with them was so good. All staffs are asset to the institution. All the very best to the staff !!
