Worst experience here. Took CT scan and waited more than 30 mins since they said I’ll receive the film in 10 mins. After 30 mins they told to come next day morning Next day morning came here with my kid and wife to collect report. They said 10 mins again and made me wait for more than 1.5 hours and still no report came to me. When I ask for refund they have no answers. No customer care or quality control. Never visiting this place again ever

I had a very very bad experience with the front desk.. no proper skills and ownership.. .. looks like no proper care to patients.. i was waiting for 1.5 hours 90 minutes just for billing alone. From my observation, if you know any one there then you can be prioritized in 15 min and be a VIP, for others its like government hospital .. Best example for how the diagnosis centre should not operate.. And the feedback mail id what was mentioned in the review is also fake..

Excellent service given by the entire team, especially the male technician, female technician, nurses, attenders were very good. The support and the confident given by them really appreciable. The whole MRI test process went well. Thank you so much. I really recommend my friends and colleagues. Keep it up....

We have been using Anderson Labs for the last 4-5 years for lab tests for our entire family and are very satisfied with the quality of their services. Appointment bookings are prompt (though there is some confusion at times) and so too the dispatch of results. Some attention may be given to the practice of sending multiple reports as and when tests are completed. Instead, it may be enough to send one consolidated report, except in the case of say urine routine and culture. Also feel that many pages are wasted by putting only one result on a single sheet. I would also like to appreciate technician Mr. Arun Raj. He has been visiting us for the last few years. He is skilled, courteous and also knowledgeable about the tests and patiently explains our questions and answers our doubts. Overall, I feel happy to give a 5 star rating, based on our experience till date. Hope they keep up the quality.

I m here ct coronary angiogram, but had a Very worst .no proper communication..they will say no appointment come directly but they will treat us like goat market...very worst..if you question them they will make us ready to test and make us to believe us that we are gonna for test soon., really these guys very worst behaviour im diabetic and I did have my breakfast at 8:30 and till now i.e 5:00pm no food and we are waiting still. Waiting...what lab great attitude keep it up
