I had a really great experience with Vanitha, the EEG technician, during my RNS study. She patiently clarified every single doubt I had whenever I asked and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. In fact, she explained things much better than the technicians at other diagnostic centers I’ve dealt with before. She was very caring, calm, and supportive throughout the entire process, and she even helped me get my reports as early as possible. I truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and dedication. Highly recommended!
