Doctors patiently explained every situation and provided timely, accurate treatment. Nursing staff was always available with a smile and took care of every need of the patient. Support and housekeeping team maintained cleanliness and comfort throughout the stay. The ICU facilities and overall treatment are very advanced here, and the most special thing is that every patient is treated like family. I had a very critical pregnancy , and I am deeply grateful to Acura Critical Care Hospital and their wonderful team for taking such good care of me and my babies . The doctors were extremely skilled , patient , and supportive through out my treatment . Specially Dr Rashmi kesri Ma'am she is very intelligent , experienced, skilled and masiha for me and babies. The nurses and staff were kind and attentive , making sure i was comfortable and well looked after at every stage . Thanks to expert care, my delivery went safely ,and both I and my babies are healthy. The hospital maintained excellent hygiene ,and the overall environment was calm and reassuring . I highly recommend Acura critical care centre to anyone looking for trusted medical Care , especially for high risk or critical pregnancies . truly thankful for the care and compassion i recieved here.
