Sanguivorous doctors. Worst experience ever. I would not suggest anyone to go here for any kind of treatment. Even after surgery on each visit you have to pay full dr fee. Even for a medical certificate I have to pay full dr fee. And for fitness certificate they also charged full dr fee. Each time you have to wait for USG for more hours Fully unprofessional attitude of whole staff. I have spent near about 1 lac for my incomplete inguinal hernia surgery. Which could be done in 1/4 what I have spent here. They forced me to wait from 11 am to 5 pm for medical certificate because I had paid dr fee. Again I say worst experience of my life.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this hospital. Initially, they charged us ₹9,900, and only when I protested about the bill, they suddenly said they were "giving a discount" and reduced it to ₹7,000 as if they were doing us a favour. This felt manipulative and unprofessional. My wife was admitted for only one day, but we were charged for two full days of hospitalization. When we raised concerns, neither the staff nor the management gave any proper explanation. Their behaviour was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. Shockingly, even the doctor and the management tried to justify the extra charges by saying they follow a “hotel-like policy” of 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM for billing. Comparing a hospital to a hotel as if patients are coming for a picnic is both insensitive and absurd. What was even more concerning is that during discharge, they asked us to fill out and sign a form. When I read it, I was shocked to find that it stated the doctor would not be held responsible if anything happened to the patient. I questioned why we needed to sign such a form when the doctor himself had already discharged the patient. The counter staff then claimed it was because we were "taking the patient without the doctor’s permission" which made absolutely no sense. This kind of contradiction (or dichotomy) in their communication seems like a deliberate attempt to shift responsibility and protect themselves legally, rather than focusing on patient care. Overall, the experience felt exploitative and untrustworthy. There was no transparency in billing, and when we tried to ask valid questions, we were met with rudeness and arrogance from both staff and doctors. I would strongly advise others to be cautious if considering this hospital. Make sure to read every document carefully before signing, and don’t hesitate to demand detailed billing and clarification. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone based on our experience.
