Upkar hospital is very good hospital @ Varanasi and Dr. Swapnil Patel is the best oncologist doctor here.Very well maintained and extremely caring staff and Doctors.I am very happy to get treatment here.
Staff is pathetic they called us at 12 noon But doctor came at 2.15 pm even their behaviour is bad they say hum kya kare doctor nahi aaye hain toh It’s ok but when we asked to refund our fees They refused by saying doctor will come in 10 Minutes This was our second experience next we will never come to this hospital neither recommend to anyone
Very bad behaviour doctor and staff after patient is admitted, before admission they are very polite. They are harrase patient relative .
