The doctors at this hospital are very good, knowledgeable, and supportive. We are satisfied with the medical treatment provided by them. However, the behavior of some staff members is not good, especially in the ICU ward. They do not listen properly to patients or their attendants, even when patients are calling for help. This creates a lot of stress for families during critical times. I request the hospital management to please take strict action and improve staff behavior, particularly in the ICU, so that patients receive proper care and attention.
I would highly recommend this hospital for hospitality and well being staff behaviour , doctors concultency cleaniess and hygiene .
Upkar hospital is very good hospital @ Varanasi and Dr. Swapnil Patel is the best oncologist doctor here.Very well maintained and extremely caring staff and Doctors.I am very happy to get treatment here.
Staff is pathetic they called us at 12 noon But doctor came at 2.15 pm even their behaviour is bad they say hum kya kare doctor nahi aaye hain toh It’s ok but when we asked to refund our fees They refused by saying doctor will come in 10 Minutes This was our second experience next we will never come to this hospital neither recommend to anyone
