Only Doctor sahi hai baki ka manejment bekar hai hospital ke owner ke name se me complain karne ja Raha hu Insurance benefits are not being received. Despite being part of Star Health's network, cashless treatment is not available. Staff at Life Line Hospital are being rude. Please explain why cashless treatment is not available.

1. Poor Patient Care: The hospital staff shows a lack of empathy and professionalism towards patients and their families. 2. Unnecessary Tests and Billing: Patients are often advised to undergo unnecessary tests and treatments just to increase billing amounts. 3. Unorganized Management: The overall administration is poorly managed, leading to long waiting times and confusion. 4. Lack of Cleanliness: Hygiene and sanitation standards are not properly maintained in wards and washrooms. 5. Unresponsive Staff: Doctors and nursing staff are often unavailable or take too long to respond to emergencies. 6. Money-Oriented Approach: The management seems more focused on profit than providing genuine medical care. 7. Miscommunication: There is a serious lack of transparency and communication between hospital authorities and patients’ attendants. 8. Inadequate Facilities: Despite charging high fees, basic medical facilities and equipment are often outdated or insufficient. 9. Negligence in Treatment: Several patients experience delays in diagnosis or wrong medication due to carelessness. Last night around 1 a.m. I came to Lifeline Hospital because I was in severe pain. The pain was so intense that I could not even speak or walk properly. Despite my repeated requests, the guard did not open the gate and told me to go somewhere else as the doctor was busy here. Is this the way a hospital and its guard should behave?

Worst hospital, I have ever seen in my life. Management is too much looz they r not taking action who r doing blunder mistake like wrong medication
