Healthcare should be about saving lives, not protecting outdated rules If a woman has to wait - a man should also wait - for same gender If a man is treated by whoever available - a woman should also be treated by whoever available Some hospitals just ask the female patient if she is comfortable with a male doctor doing ECG on her - and if she’s comfortable they go on with it And for me in your hospital - it was just a matter of waist injection - i said i was comfortable - still i was made to wait despite constantly requesting that I have no issue And your staff didn’t even inform me that they are making me wait for a female attendant after I had requested - they made it seem like they are busy and after getting free the males will attend to me Otherwise I would have left from there and got to some place with no such gender bias like yours which would deny a female from treatment by a male but would get a male treated by whoever available I’ve been to your hospital thrice and I was made to wait twice for a female nurse - my male family member with me was not made to wait and administered injection on his waist by a FEMALE. Because making a male wait for his comfort he has requested is cruelty and delay in treatment - and making a female wait for the comfort she has not asked for - is “protocol and adhering to sensitive issues” It is not at all a matter of patient comfort for you - if you think making a female patient wait for a female nurse rather than getting administered by a male nurse - when she has explicitly requested that she is ok with it - and that too on waist and not any sensitive zone While - one of my male family members went for the same tetanus and they preferred a male attendant for tetanus for him on waist - they were ready to wait for a male - and you didn’t provide a male and sent in a female for him despite requesting and them being in discomfort - despite male providers watching, the female administered it on a male patient’s “sensitive zone” as you say You are increasing the gap in treatment by forcing women to get treated only by females despite her comfort but letting men be treated by both males and females even if he is not comfortable - just in the name of her “comfort” and timely treatment for a man - which is reducing the scope of females being checked properly Also - you have no male dermatologist- only a female . How is a make supposed to be “comfortable”? And you mean to say - females don’t deserve treatment on time ? And males don’t deserve comfort and privacy? This is how you maintain patient comfort? I’m sorry but this is not at all comfort - only your convenience.

My experience at this hospital was deeply frustrating and disappointing, mainly because of the doctors’ approach to diagnosis and treatment. The doctors did not take enough time to properly examine the condition or listen carefully to the patient. It felt rushed, careless, and based on assumptions rather than medical evaluation. There was no clear diagnosis, no explanation of what the actual problem was, and no confidence in the treatment being prescribed. When questions were asked, the doctors gave vague or confusing answers, which only increased anxiety instead of providing reassurance. What was most disturbing was the lack of empathy and human touch. The doctors appeared uninterested, impatient, and disconnected, as if the patient’s concerns did not matter. A hospital should be a place of trust and care, but here the doctors showed neither responsibility nor compassion. Repeated visits led to no improvement because the root cause was never identified. It felt like trial-and-error treatment rather than professional medical care. This kind of poor diagnosis can be dangerous and should never happen in a healthcare facility. Overall, this is one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had, entirely due to the doctors’ negligence and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise others to seek treatment from doctors who genuinely care, listen, and diagnose properly before prescribing medicines.

This is totally a hit and trail unexperience hospital . I admitted my father for cardiac problem but father have headache too instead treating bith they focused in heart only after 16-18 hour beacuse of continue pain in head they go for brain CT scan. After CT engyo and DSA test they spent 4 days all test were normal. Father was on good condition but they admitted unnecessary for long time and because of unhygienic ICU father acquire pneumonia . Even this critical situation duty doctor is wating for doctor visit not took a immediate action as a attender i was communicating with staff and begging for emergency doctor they arranged a cardiologist. They are not expert to handle this situation and medical staff not trained enough and equipment is very cheap monitor not showing correct reading ,oxygen supply have an issues ,even NIV machine is not working properly . My father is no more just because this pathetic treatment he died within a night.
