Dr. C.R. Bhandari Memorial Hosp

This hospital is by far the best hospital in Jabalpur. I got to learn a lot of things after coming here. The staff and doctors here are all very good and everyone has good behavior.

It is one of the best hospital in jabalpur.Dr Rajeev Bhandari is a best surgeon.He is caring about his patients and very knowledgeable in his field.He is kind, compassionate brilliant and an amazing orthopaedic surgeon . Hospital management are good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The staff at the emergency were ill-mannered and completely unprofessional. My mother was suffering from unbearable knee pain, and when I called the reception, they told me that the OPD was full but I could bring her to the emergency. However, when we reached, the person sitting at the emergency desk told me that the doctor was busy and would “decide whether to see the patient or not.” Despite repeatedly explaining that it was an emergency and my mother needed immediate attention, he continued to argue and created unnecessary chaos. It was only after an experienced nurse intervened and assured me that no patient can be denied treatment in an emergency that my mother finally received care. I’m writing this review to highlight such unacceptable behavior so that the hospital management can take strict action and ensure that patients in need are never turned away again. No one should ever have to argue for emergency medical attention, it’s unethical and inhumane.

The doctor's treatment and behaviour are very good, but the staff is not cooperative at all. I went to the hospital 8 days ago with my father. An X-ray was done, but the report was not given to me at that time. The doctor said that the staff would provide me the report the next day, but I still didn't get the report till now. It's been more than a week already.
