Advance Diagnostic Centre

Scammers!! Only come here to be ripped off. Let me tell you how these thugs and of all their leader said DR. Sanjay Kr. Hak are all party to this unfair, disgraceful means to snatch money out of your pockets. Here is my personal experience. My grandmother at the age of 80 years was referred here by Dr. Pandita from Swami Nand Lal Jee hospital for the following 2 procedures. 1. CT Scan Abdomen 2. Guided Biopsy/Aspiration I have attached the reference slip we got from Swami Nand Lal Jee Hospital. Before an ambulance from Advance Diagnostic Center came to pick my grandmother at the hospital, we were assured by Dr. Pandita in the hospital that he will get these CT procedures done for 2500/ RS. He also mentioned that if you go out to get it done you won't be able to get 2nd procedure Asipiration done from most diagnostic centers so just get it done through them in the center they are referring. We arrive at Advance Diagnostic Center. We meet Mr. Joshi at the reception. He arrogantly asks us to pay 3500 RS. Amazed and Shocked we tried to explain him that Dr. Pandita referred us here quoting 2500rs. Mr. Joshi at reception and Mr. M Dubey very bluntly and rudely told us to talk to Dr. Pandita saying " we are not the ones to tell you it would cost 2500, go talk to whoever told you that" We dial Dr. Pandita on phone he asked us to give the phone over to Mr. Joshi and he further puts phone to Dr. Sanjay K Hak (assumingly the owner of this diagnostic center). After the call ends we are told to pay 3000 as the final price. Along with comes an explanation and reasoning from Mr. Dubey and Mr. Joshi that these two procedures you can't get done anywhere else let alone in 3000. We guarantee you our results our correct. And this procedure generally costs 11000 Rs in total. It is a 30 mins process and that's why it is expensive. Helpless and Choice less we pay them 3000. My grandmother mother goes into CT Scan room and only in 4 mins we are asked to bring her out. SHOCKED AND AMAZED again we asked the assistant we were told it's a 30 mins procedure you are done in 5. How??? Answer: We only have done CT scan not Aspiration. They simply didn't even perform the procedure they have billed us for. And the explanation Is it can't be done there's not enough fluid. I personally went to Dr. Sanjay K Hak. And rudely he says it can't be done. I tried to reason with him that you have charged us for 2 procedures how can you not be performing the 2 procedures you asked for. It is only for the 2nd procedure you lured us to get it done here and no where else and your not doing just that. He says weather it is required to be done or not can be decided after seeing CT scan Abdomen and we don't see the need. I simply tried to question but why were we never told that before the procedure. It was never a maybe but a much required procedure perscribed by Dr Pandita and also by you staff. He arrogantly tells a staff of his to give them 500 RS back. We can't do it. I am helpless and disappointed in Medical Thugs of our country and this center is a living example of it. Not just this much this center didn't even bother telling us a single thing about our report. We asked pro actively at least tell us what is the result of your diagnostic. Dr. Sanjay K Hak without even looking at us speakes a jeberish Medical Language and we are asked to seek any other explanation from Dr. Pandita. In the interest of general public DONOT take services from these thugs they are really a disgrace in the name of medical Diagnostic Center. These people work for money. They have no integrity. Look at the photos of The Bill. Can you believe them to bill you for 11000 RS and give you a discount of ,8500 they will bill you whatever highest you would agree on. Not just that the whole customer service experience SUCKS at this place and is my personal worst experience ever. I also seek any advice from Google Users to guide me how can I file a complaint against them and take some action against this misleading and full of lies scam.

Behaviour of the staff is good but the problem is due to carelessness of junior staff who injected needle in my hands for 3-4 times (due to his lack of experience) , without the presence of senior staff injured my wrist & now after 2 months I got lump over the area where he injected. I had continuous pain over that point since then & its increased since then. Senior staff was experienced for sure & I also appreciate the practicing of new staff but not at the cost of injury. Kindly work upon it.

Given star because of polite staff otherwise i will give 0.00000001 star Cons - Doctor was 3hr late , doesn’t value patient time. Doctor wasn’t able to find correct details while when i did check up in other centre issue was found Very tiny place in basement you will suffocate if stay for 1 hr They even took 1 hr to create a report so Pathetic. Pros - female staff were wonderful !

Worst diagnostic centre in world, single doctor diagnosing 2 patient at a time. And he is busy with machine will not discuss with you, and u have to wait for at least 2 hr minimum worst diagnostic centre
