Staff is very polite and helpful. We had the opportunity to interact with Neeraj ji, very sensible and diligent person. Great experience.
Worst experience. We got whole abdomen ultrasound done at this centre in November 25. The report & images didn't show gallbladder stones & after two months my daughter went for gall bladder removal surgery as it got worsed by infection & pus as shown in reports done through a different lab.
I had an excellent experience at the Clinical Diagnosis Centre for ultrasound. The staff was professional, and the process was quick and efficient. Highly recommend for fast and reliable diagnostic services.
Unbelievably Disorganized - Wasted an Entire Day _I had arrived on 1pm for Ultrasound and it would be done at 3:30 pm. report wasn't seen until almost 4:30 PM. The waiting room was packed, and there was zero communication from the staff about the delay. The receptionists seemed overwhelmed and were quite short with patients who dared to ask for an update. The the overall experience was so stressful and inefficient. My time is valuable too. I will definitely be looking for a more professional centre next time."_
