Agilus Diagnostics Limited

When I went to this Diagnostic Centre to give my blood and urine samples, a female technician collected my blood while chewing gutka, without wearing a mask or gloves. She was extremely unhygienic, and there was also a foul smell coming from her mouth. After resting for about 10 minutes, I was on my way to the washroom to give my urine sample in the provided container. By mistake, I entered the Microbiology Department instead of the washroom. There, I saw another technician who seemed to be conducting some test — he spat gutka into the sink. Later, I asked someone about the washroom and then submitted my urine sample properly. From what I observed, nearly 50% of the technicians at that center chew gutka or tobacco, and most of them work without wearing masks, gloves, or aprons. My question is: Is it acceptable in the medical field for doctors, nurses, or lab technicians to work while chewing gutka or tobacco?

NABL certified. Good infrastructure, pretty good from the previous location . Premium diagnostic lab but the staffs are sometimes not professional, everything is normally priced in a good environment recommended.
