The Centre is very pleasant, clean, and well maintained. We are also very grateful for the help and support we received because of the language difficulties we had with Mrs. Sumti. Everything was handled very well, and we truly appreciate it.
Very disappointing experience. The behavior of some staff members, especially the reception staff, was unprofessional and disrespectful. Communication was poor, and the overall service quality did not meet expectations. I hope the management takes steps to improve staff behavior, professionalism, and patient care. This review is based on my personal experience.....

Very poor reception desk service and the person who is assigned to take sample s absolutely unprofessional. This is the third time visit in the ultra car service and the reception desk is always hopeless and unprofessional but the lab person this time was absolutely absurd and horrible. Ultracare survey is a pvt organisation with below average gov hospital facilities.
