AIIMS is the one of the best hospitals in bhopal where the doctors are so nice and humble that they treat you like family and friends but you need to be careful for your health if you visit there and God bless you and you never see the interior of the AIIMS or other hospitals in life.

Extremely Disheartening Experience at AIIMS Bhopal Maternity Department I’m writing this review with deep concern and disappointment after my wife’s recent cesarean delivery at AIIMS Bhopal. We had expected a minimum level of professionalism and care from such a reputed government hospital, but the reality was shockingly different and distressing. From the moment of admission, the behavior of the hospital staff was cold, unresponsive, and at times outright rude. We had to constantly chase nurses and staff for even the most basic post-operative support. No one seemed willing to answer our questions or explain my wife's condition after surgery, and we were left feeling helpless and unheard during what should have been a time of care and recovery. The most horrifying part was the complete lack of hygiene. After a major surgery like a cesarean, my wife was left lying in blood-stained pads for hours, without anyone coming to clean or change her. Despite repeated requests, the staff showed no urgency or concern for her condition. This is not just poor service — it’s inhumane and medically dangerous. The maternity ward was understaffed, unclean, and lacked any sense of compassion or responsibility. We witnessed other patients being treated similarly — ignored, neglected, and left to suffer in silence. For a government hospital known for its medical excellence, the on-ground reality is completely opposite in the maternity department. This experience has left us mentally and emotionally drained. I sincerely urge the AIIMS Bhopal management to take strict action against the negligent staff and ensure proper training, cleanliness, and empathy in the pregnancy and post-delivery wards. No woman deserves to go through this kind of trauma, especially after childbirth. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend AIIMS Bhopal’s maternity care to anyone. I personally suggest that Spend some money and let your precious moment don't be get ruined and disappointed at aiims bhopal.

My experience with the Dermatology Department at AIIMS Bhopal was absolutely infuriating. I’ve never felt so dismissed and disrespected in a medical setting. The department is chaotic, the process is painfully slow, and there seems to be zero concern for patients’ time or comfort. My consultation with Dr. Tanuja was the worst part. In my experience, she came across as extremely rude and completely uninterested in what I was trying to explain. I felt like she wasn’t listening to a single word I said, and instead of offering guidance or clarity, her attitude made the entire visit feel pointless and frustrating. I walked out feeling unheard, stressed, and wondering why a doctor at such a reputed institution would behave like that. If this is how patients are treated, then the department seriously needs to rethink its approach. No one should walk into a hospital and leave feeling this disrespected and ignored.

Absolutely disappointed with AIIMS Bhopal. There is a complete lack of conscience toward patients and their attendants. Medicines are frequently unavailable, forcing attendants to go outside the hospital again and again just to arrange basic drugs. The behavior toward attendants is unacceptable. You are not even allowed to sit beside the patient and are made to roam around the hospital without proper guidance, sympathy, or urgency. There is no sense of responsibility or humanity. Taxpayers’ money is clearly being wasted due to irresponsible management. This place does not function like a hospital should. Only the rich or those with connections are treated with respect, while ordinary people are ignored, disrespected, and sometimes outright abused. Truly disappointed. Authorities need to take real action and fix this system instead of letting patients and families suffer.
