“Very disappointing experience.” I went to this hospital to treat my parents. But Doctor’s behaviour was very unprofessional and careless towards the patient. Instead of listening to the patient properly, they seemed disinterested. Their goal is to make money. I have my reports but from different lab, so they are saying they will only go with their recommended report. Neither of their doctor recommended other doctor's single medicine. They only prefer their medicine. They never praise you, they always disrespect other doctor's treatment. I went there expecting care and guidance, but came back dissatisfied and upset. The hospital management should look into such behaviour seriously — patients come here with hope, not to be treated like a burden. Totally bekar experience, not recommended at all.

Hospital reception and insurance department totally unprofessional and rude. They charged 30k for one day’s treatment for a case of food poisoning seeing we had Insurance. There were some miscommunication between the policy company and hospital for which the policy company seeked revised bill and the hospital straight up denied talking to us or to the policy company. They denied emailing revised bill. They told us no policy is ever completely 100% paid by the company but also suggested that we should pay and get the remaining 7k refunded. The staff is super unprofessional and unavailable They charged 11k for medicines that were never used that too within a day

In my opinion, this place feels more like a money-making machine than a patient-care hospital ⚠️They do not accept lab reports from outside labs and force patients to get tests done only from the labs they suggest, which clearly looks like a commission-based system. This puts unnecessary financial pressure on patients What was most shocking was the disrespectful attitude of the doctors, especially towards other doctors who had provided previous treatment. Instead of focusing on patient care, they openly criticized past treatments, which is very unprofessional The staff behavior was also extremely rude. No one seemed concerned about patients or attendants, and there was no proper guidance or care provided Overall, there is no empathy, no coordination, and no respect for patients. I would not recommend this centre to anyone seeking genuine treatment

Best Hospital Best staff and best canteen, if you are worried about eating in lockdown then you can enjoy cheap and tasty food and snacks in the canteen here, Narmada Hospital canteen is open all night. Management Good But Crowd, Parking Good, Overall Good, highly recommended.
