The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the entire process was very smooth. Testing was done quickly and efficiently, with clear communication throughout. Really impressed with the speed and professionalism. 🙂

Terrible experience at Aloka Medicare Pvt Ltd. I am still fuming after my disastrous visit to Aloka Medicare. Took an appointment a week in advance, waited for hours, and the female doctor just walked away without examining me. No prior intimation, no apology - just complete silence. And their mis- management is mind- boggling. They had my schedule and doctor's availability but still made me wait. And to top it off, they tried to assign a male doctor for my tests when I SPECIFICALLY asked for a female doctor, which was already discussed over the phone. Secondly, their female doctor created a HUGE scene in front of everyone at the reception area and just simply walked away. Unbelivelable rudeness. I was just stunned to see such kind of behaviour of a doctor. Wasted 2.5 hours of my time, and had to get the tests done elsewhere where doctor was waiting for me. And their report format? Looks like a kid made it . Would NOT Recommend at all. Fake reviews online don't reflect the reality. And my humble request to the Aloka Medicare - Kindly don't reply back that my details are not in your patient's track record just to maintain your centre's fake dignity and to show everyone that how genuine you are. Because I am not fake. Got it.

Highly Recommended- A trustworthy medical unit. The commendable and highly appreciated thing is the Timely and cost effective medical services. The behaviour and cooperation of the on duty staff is amazing. Very pleased and satisfied with the proactive and skilful approach of the staff and doctors on duty. Truly, a very reliable medical unit.
