Ludicrous to think that a doctor doesn’t know where the Cardiology unit is? It was an absolute disaster today with my dad. We arrived at 12 in the afternoon still struggling to even find assistance or get help in any form. And this experience wasn’t just limited to me, we had people in crowds furious with the service. People waiting since 8 am in the morning. Clueless staff, atrocious service, no regard for the patient or their family. If you can afford a private hospital, never ever try to get treatment in this hospital. Private practice prices with treatment worse than a government hospital.

The hospital management system is very bad… a very terrible experience. My mother was admitted to this hospital. The staff have little knowledge and the security guards are very arrogant and behave badly. The hospital has only one visiting hour—from 6 pm to 7 pm. There are no visiting hours for the rest of the day, as if they want to prevent patients’ families from seeing their irresponsibility and negligence. That’s why they keep the visiting hours restricted. This is not a hospital, it feels like an asylum. A very bad experience—never go to this hospital; it’s a complete mess.
