I have admitted in belle vue clinic during puja under wbhs. It was a great experience that the entire medical team and hospital management made my pregnancy journey very composed and relaxed. My doctor, Dr. Bhaskar Paul always helped me to be calm and physically well settled during this period. 22nd September 2025 my c-section delivery happen and that night became quite different for entire kolkata..next day, park street area gone under water, sisters told that 32 ot had been cancelled due to heavy rainfall and water logging. However, we the in-department did not experience any mismanagement due to this sudden mishap. I had stayed there total 4 days and I had suffered from severe spinal pain due to anaesthetia and cough simultaniously..Sisters always took care of me and my child. However, sister's bell and intercom which were provided beside my bed (312C) was not properly arranged. Therefore, every time I felt very much problem to call them in urgency. hospital provided me healthy food in sufficient quantity which were so much tasty and I could not resist myself to take snap of every plate. The entire staff were so much well behaved and became always helpful for me during my entire medical journey. Also the hospital rules were so strict and managable too. The staff always guided us to follow the rules properly.
My uncle is admitted here with some heart problem under Dr. Moitra. He perform the angioplasty. Such a kind hearted and frank doctor. Highly recommend. All staffs are also very friendly and caring to the patient. The billing is also very clear, they do not suppress anything. It is very much better from other hospitals nursing home in Kolkata.
Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the doctors, nursing staff, admission desk, insurance desk, and the overall ambience of the hospital. The care and support provided were truly commendable. I would like to specially acknowledge the excellent support on the evening of 26th December, particularly from the RMO on duty, Sister Hazra, Anamika Ma’am, Ms. Riya from the Admission Desk, and Malabika Ma’am from the Insurance Desk. All of them were extremely cooperative, helpful, empathetic, and reassuring during a very stressful time for our family. However, I would like to bring to your notice an unfortunate incident that occurred on the morning of 27th December 2025 at the OT area, involving an NIS security guard on duty. His behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. Without first checking or understanding the situation, he made unrealistic allegations against me. I would like to clarify that my actions were purely driven by concern, as my mother was being taken inside the OT. In that moment of emotional distress, I unknowingly crossed the red line without consciously realizing it. Instead of handling the situation with empathy and sensitivity, the security personnel responded in a harsh and unacceptable manner, which added to my distress. I humbly request the concerned authority to kindly take necessary steps to ensure that outsourced security staff, especially NIS security personnel, are properly trained on how to communicate with patients and their families. Patient attendants are often in a vulnerable emotional state during surgeries, and a compassionate approach can make a significant difference. I hope my feedback will be taken constructively to further improve the overall patient and attendant experience. Thanking you. Warm regards, Priyanka Ghosh Dastidar
How can a doc sitting for one OPD session take more than 50 patients; or is it the Management that is taking the patients, I just don't get it. Overall, the worst hospital administration in my experience. And it is not cheap, we are paying premium to get an appointment. [...Mid way through the OPD line, the Sister managing the line-up casually declared that the Doctor has gone for OT, and that's it; no return time, no assurance... The OPD will continue when the Doc is back. When further enquired, I was told to sit and wait.] There's absolutely no respect for Patient's time and health. Giving a One star for the Hospital / Clinic because without this I'm not allowed to post a review. I am sure my review will not have any adverse implication on this Hospital's "Business", because patients will still go anyway. I just had to write. If I were you, I will search for alternative. Not going to that clinic again.
Disappointing Experience with Dr. Manoj Kr. Agarwal (GASTROENTEROLOGY) I am extremely frustrated with the level of "care" provided by Dr. Manoj Kr. Agarwal. Despite his credentials as a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist, his bedside manner is nonexistent. He is always in a massive hurry, making you feel like a nuisance rather than a patient seeking help for serious digestive issues. During my appointment, he barely looked at me, spending a significant portion of the consultation distracted by his phone. It is incredibly disrespectful to pay for a specialist's expertise only to have them scroll or text while you are explaining your symptoms. Furthermore, his dismissive attitude and arrogance are palpable; he treats questions as personal insults rather than valid concerns. If you are looking for an interventional endoscopist who actually listens and values your health, look elsewhere. This was a complete waste of time and money. I definitely would not recommend him. Belle vue clinic don't even has disposal drinking cup.... Fully disappointed😞
