Very bad experience at this hospital. The staff introduced me to some other doctor by claiming to be a General Medicine (M.D) doctor and that doctor instead of sitting in the OPD, sat in the general ward and saw the reports and also his specialty was not known. The staff was not dedicated and responsible towards the Visitors for OPD. I went to the hospital regarding General Medicine OPD( MD, GENERAL MEDICINE) but there was no General Medicine doctor appointed at this hospital.Staff was totally careless and had no worry about visitors for OPD.
All the tests and checkups were well coordinated.The service of the hospital is very good & we are happy with the care given to the patient..👍
