The receptionist and other staff do not behave well with patients, but the person doing the MRI is supportive. There is also a lot of waiting time here and the arrangements for patients are not proper. ⚠️The prices are quite high as well. 🤔Taking an appointment and booking in advance is beneficial.
The behaviour of the staff is very bad, they do not talk properly, they do not tell anything and there is no arrangement for the patient to lie down.
In terms of facilities this centre is well. I visited from 125km away from this place. Various types of tests are available. Tests which are not conducted at normal pathology, test centres having here. If outer person then necessary to contact by telephone and talk according to test and then come. Owner behaviour of this centre is very well. I fully satisfied.
I had an ultrasound done here and on that basis my gallbladder was removed but there were some more stones which they did not scan and then after 1 month I had to undergo surgery again because of carelessness .And what they didn't scan is 8.5mm stone think how careless are they
One of the most costly and huge footfall Diagnostic Centers in Prayagraj. NEVER RECOMMEND, THEY DON’T HAVE VALUE FOR PATIENTS..! They don’t have a small glass of water for patients..! My Dad is 60+ and he is a patient of Asthma..! He asked for a glass of water and he got asked to go and grab yourself from the ground floor and get water yourself in your own glass..! And the staff's attitude and rudeness is so high, there is no manners to talk with patients and caretakers. They are sooooo unprofessional and probably un skilled/trained staff. Is it not pathetic and rude by a top running diagnostic center ? And the Checkup value was more then 5K+
