Saraswati Heart Care & Multispeciality Hospital provides good cardiac treatment with experienced doctors. I have interacted with many Medical staff , i.e. Medical Dr in shift in wards, nursing officers, many others like ward boys and sweepers. Medical professionals are thorough professionals and undertaking their responsibilities with pride. However, ward boys , sweepers etc are more bothered and engrossed in money making. I’m sure , if cameras are functioning optimally, operations or management section would not take much time to unfold the curtains. Even , inside the lifts and in the semi private/ private rooms also, ward boys are asking for money for patient shifting from ICU to respective ward. Furthermore, during discharge period of any patient, they all smells the same and surrounds the attendant like honeybees , list is never ending. moments of reality may also be scrutinised and verified at your end . Suggestion: please enhance the rate / fee by 0.5% across the services and whatsoever would be the collection could be disbursed to them equally. Because as a patient we pay tue fee and bear the expenses but don’t look nice-to encounter all those embarrassing moments. Hope management would understand and appreciate the honest feedback.
