Recently, I gave my blood samples for testing at Dr. Agarwal’s, where they have a tie-up with Anderson Diagnostics. I requested to include a Vitamin D3 test along with the doctor-recommended tests. They charged an additional ₹1400 for it, which I paid via GPay. The next day, when I contacted Dr. Agarwal’s for the test results, they only shared the reports for the doctor-prescribed tests. I then called the contact number mentioned in the report to follow up with Anderson Diagnostics. A person from Vijayawada answered and said it wasn’t the Coimbatore branch. After being redirected multiple times, I finally reached the correct contact. Once I explained my situation, they sent my Vitamin D3 result immediately — but the report had suspicious time stamps and appeared fabricated. Just six months ago, my Vitamin D3 level was critically low at 6 ng/mL, and I hadn’t taken any medication since then. Suddenly, this report showed it as 31.45 ng/mL (which is the border for sufficient Vit D levels), which seemed unrealistic. It feels like they may have generated a fake report just to avoid refunding the ₹1400. This experience was extremely disappointing and has made me lose trust in their credibility. I would not recommend this lab to anyone.

Coimbatore Branch:- Maintaining Good System. Excellent co-operation with Customers. Prompt arriving at home to collect Blood samples for Testing (Home collection). Technicians are good with "old aged people" while collecting samples. This is really appreciated. Receiving Lab Reports quickly through WhatsApp or Email . Arrangement to collect the Lab Reports (Documents) from branch centres (Nearby) by Customers. This is also appreciated. Overall it was given good satisfaction. Thanks.

Home visit by the lab technician Ms Brindha right in time. on 20th May Hassle free. More importantly never felt the insertion of needle by myself and also by my spouse. Great job . Very polite and caring. 6 months before also the same person had come. Keep up the good work
