I had an average experience here during my mother’s hospitalization. The nursing staff were very good and provided excellent service. However, the investigation doctors did not have fixed visiting times, which I really did not like. Additionally, at the time of discharge, a dietician consultation charge was added without any prior information. A diet plan was provided without even checking the patient, which felt completely unreasonable and unprofessional. This was quite disappointing.
I am extremely grateful to Apex Hospital for the outstanding care provided during our time there. From admission to treatment, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A special thanks to Rajshree and the entire hospital staff for their kindness, patience, and constant support. They took great care of the patient, explained everything clearly, and ensured comfort at every step. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were attentive, responsive, and compassionate throughout. The hospital environment was clean, well-organized, and reassuring, which made a stressful time much easier to handle. It truly felt like the patient was in safe hands.
