I recently Feb 24 2026 underwent appendix surgery at Surana Hospital. The overall experience was very good. The staff members were caring and supportive throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Dr. Kamal Shukla and the other supportive doctors for their guidance, clear instructions, and excellent care. Thank you all for your great support.

We recently got my father-in-law’s knee replacement surgery done at Surana Hospital, and our experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. A special thank you to Dr. Anuj Singh, who truly is the best doctor we have ever met. From first consultation to Discharge it was great journey with him🤗. His expertise, calm nature, and reassuring guidance made a huge difference to our family. He not only operated with exceptional skill but also treated my father-in-law with genuine care and empathy. We couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. The entire Surana Hospital staff was incredibly supportive and cooperative. Everyone—from the nursing team to the admin staff—went above and beyond to make the journey smooth. A special thank you to Mr. Ganraj, who patiently explained all the medications and post-surgery care. His clarity and kindness made the recovery process so much easier for us. Even the housekeeping team deserves appreciation for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the stay. We are deeply thankful to Dr. Anuj & Surana Hospital for giving my father-in-law not just excellent treatment, but also a warm and positive environment that helped his recovery. Truly, an outstanding experience in every way. Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts.

My review is unbiased and unaffected by other reviews. My brother was admitted in an emergency on 18.1.26 after experiencing chest discomfort. The ECG & other tests indicated blockages. The Emergency Doctors at Surana were very professional in diagnosing the issue & suggesting immediate line of treatment. They did an excellent job in stabilising the patient & made him feel comfortable. As I had worked in Kokilaben Hospital, we decided to shift my brother there for further treatment. The doctor in the ICU was very cooperative & they allowed us to move the patient without any issue. The Hospital also helped in getting a cardiac ambulance. Personally, I would like to thank all staff of Surana Hospital, Malad for their professional & caring approach.
