Excellent hospital with very caring and supportive staff. Being a senior citizen, I truly appreciated the patience, kindness, and personal attention given to me throughout my treatment. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Santosh Shetty, an outstanding surgeon. His expertise, calm approach, and clear explanations gave us great confidence and peace of mind. The surgery was successful, and my mother in laws recovery has been progressing very well under his guidance. Special thanks to the receptionist Rajashree for her polite and helpful service, and Sister Anita for her dedicated nursing care and constant support. The post knee replacement surgery assistance was excellent and made my recovery smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!

My review is unbiased and unaffected by other reviews. My brother was admitted in an emergency on 18.1.26 after experiencing chest discomfort. The ECG & other tests indicated blockages. The Emergency Doctors at Surana were very professional in diagnosing the issue & suggesting immediate line of treatment. They did an excellent job in stabilising the patient & made him feel comfortable. As I had worked in Kokilaben Hospital, we decided to shift my brother there for further treatment. The doctor in the ICU was very cooperative & they allowed us to move the patient without any issue. The Hospital also helped in getting a cardiac ambulance. Personally, I would like to thank all staff of Surana Hospital, Malad for their professional & caring approach.

I recently Feb 24 2026 underwent appendix surgery at Surana Hospital. The overall experience was very good. The staff members were caring and supportive throughout my stay.
