Today we visited this apollo clinic for medical checkup see the hygiene level of this lab and washroom are not clean. Roadside washrooms are better then this. See this is a class of APOLLO i already book my appointment before come to this lab but when i came here waiting time was 2 hour. We will never visited again here and we will not suggest for anyone to come here for any kind of treatment.Worst experience. Your annoyed patient 🙃

Worst experience ever. They did not provide me bill for services, but when I asked for reimbursement they declined and also threatened to raise issue to my HR. Why have you written if no bill then services are free when you can’t make it up to your promise. Avoid going here.

InEfficient staff and overall worst experience. You have to wait 5 days for a basic blood test report. Don't get an idea that booking a slot for 8:30 am literally means 8:30AM it actually means 10:30AM. You have to wait 40 minutes for a basic paperwork. Then another 30 minutes for blood sample collection. The ecg doctor will prefer tea break luxury of 30 minutes over the ecg test for which you already paid. Then comes the great ultrasound team. Wait another 1h because... There's no reason you just have to wait. If you wish to receive your lab reports after 5 days please prefer this lab. Ps: i still haven't received my reports because it's been just 3 days. They will take another 5 days to understand how to carry out basic diagnostics.

Very slow service for full body health checkup. Takes about 3.5-4hrs. Not organised at all. Even the breakfast plate takes about 30 mins to be served for each patient as compared to other clinics having a buffet which moves faster. I have not spent more than 2.5 hrs for full body checkup at other competitive clinics.

Great experience clean and tide. Good experience overall for my test within less time they have taken.
