"I recently visited Sarvodaya nrch hospital and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, I found the staff to be incredibly caring and attentive. The doctors were thorough in their explanations, and I felt well-informed about my treatment . The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which created a comfortable environment.However, the quality of care definitely made up for it. I would recommend this to others."

Very well behaved officials giving proper guidance and prompt service. I didn't have to waste any time idling. Will recommend to my other colleagues to get in touch with them.

Good diagnostic lab with accurate reports and helpful staff. Clean environment and timely report delivery. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

This testing center was the best! They honored my appointment, which I had made through a third-party agency, and completed my test successfully. The whole process was much more comfortable due to the doctor's exceptional knowledge and politeness. I was able to lie down and even relax in the chair while I waited since it was so comfortable. In all, it was a wonderful experience! One small problem is that my height was printed wrong. Everything else, though, was perfect. The price is what really makes this location so great; my test only cost around 7k, while the market price is around 15k. I would definitely recommend this place for that amount of savings and top-notch service.

Very Poor Experience – Unacceptable Service Extremely disappointing experience during an MRS scan. There is no proper communication, and staff provide conflicting information, showing a complete lack of coordination. Customer service is poor and unprofessional. There is no queue management, no organisation, and patients are not guided or treated appropriately. For a medical facility, this level of mismanagement is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place. Immediate improvement in staff training and patient handling is required.
