His calm and respectful nature makes patients feel comfortable during scans, and his dedication to his work is clearly visible in the detailed reports. The staff here are also very nice, sweet, and always ready to help. They guide patients properly and maintain a friendly and supportive environment, which makes the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Although there was a slight delay in receiving the reports, it was completely worth the wait because every minute detail is carefully mentioned. The reports are thorough and show the accuracy and commitment of the team. Another great thing is that they provide multiple diagnostic services in one place, including CT scans, USG, ECG, and blood tests, which makes it very convenient for patients. Overall, 100% good staff, excellent reporting, and reliable diagnostic services. I would definitely recommend Radiance Diagnostic Center to anyone looking for accurate scans and a caring medical team. ⭐

​Complaint Feedback Regarding Cardic Activity Test ​Date of Visit: 16/11/25 Time of Arrival: Approximately 11:00 AM Test Paid For: Cardic Activity Test (Amount: ₹900) ​I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and time management at your facility on the date mentioned above. ​I arrived at approximately 11:00 AM to undergo a Cardic Activity Test, for which I had already paid ₹900. The female staff member at the reception desk initially informed me that the wait would be only 30 minutes. ​However, the actual wait time was unacceptable. I waited for two hours, during which I observed that patients who arrived after me were being called in before me. There was clearly no priority or proper queue management being followed for patients. ​After waiting for two hours, when my turn finally came, the staff member requested documents for formalities, which I immediately submitted. Then, as I was about to go inside for the test, she asked for additional documents that were not requested initially. ​Due to the excessive and disorganized waiting time, the complete lack of priority given to patients, and the last-minute demand for additional paperwork after a two-hour wait, I ultimately refused to proceed with the test and left the hospital. ​This experience was highly frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I will not be seeking treatment at this hospital in the future and cannot recommend this facility to anyone due to the poor patient management and unprofessional service.

At first, I was a bit disappointed 😕 seeing a long queue despite having a pre-booking. I thought the visit would be slow and tiring. But the way the team handled everything — with patience, calmness, and a warm family-like attitude — completely changed the vibe. ❤️ A big shoutout to Ms. Taiyaba 🙌 — the youngest, most professional, super-polite, and incredibly helpful receptionist I’ve ever come across. Despite the rush, she handled every patient with the same smile 😊, the same courtesy 🤝, and the same energy ⚡. Her communication is crystal-clear, comforting, and absolutely top-notch. She genuinely made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly an asset to the centre! 🌟 I’ve been to many big brands like Dr. Lal, Star Imaging, and Aarthi Scans, but the hospitality, kindness, and human touch displayed here was way above the usual standards. Radiance Diagnostics might not be the biggest brand, but it definitely has the biggest heart 💛. Also, a heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Siddiqui 🩺 who conducted the scan. His patience, calm explanations, detailed guidance, and gentle approach made my wife feel extremely comfortable. He took his time, answered every doubt, and did everything with genuine care — no rush, no irritation, just pure professionalism blended with compassion. 👨‍⚕️✨ What started as a slightly annoying wait ended up becoming a pleasant, heartwarming, and truly memorable experience for us. It was a terrible experience. The staff are rude and unhelpful. When you ask them something, they give you sarcastic or unhelpful answers. Their prices are also very high. I would advise you not to get any tests done here.
