APOLLO CLINIC Jessore

I visited Dr. Akash Roy today for my mother and had a very disappointing experience with the clinic’s front desk process and staff conduct. Every time I visit, the security asks me to wait downstairs while someone from reception comes down for billing and assigns the patient number accordingly. Today, while I was waiting downstairs as usual, I noticed another patient who arrived after me being told to go upstairs and report directly. I was never informed of this. When I proactively checked with the security, he then told me I also needed to go upstairs. On asking why this wasn’t communicated earlier, he denied it altogether and falsely claimed he had already informed me. Upstairs, without even checking my name, the staff asked me to wait for billing and said reporting will happen post that. No one asked me to report. I informed them that I was number 2 and i was send upstairs by the security for reporting. they acknowledged and did my billing. However, later I was told I had become number 3 because I “did not report,” which was unfair and contradictory to what had already happened. This is not about the turn sequence — it is about the lack of professionalism, poor coordination, and the unwillingness of the staff to listen or take accountability. I have had good experience with this clinic but this is something i felt should be highlighted because no matter what the staff and the security should talk with utmost clarity so that we need not go up and down multiple times.

This is very average clinic. I recently visited Dr Mainak Deb gastroenterologist. My wife was having severe digestion issues and have shown to Dr Mainak Deb. First we found he is having only one patient that was my wife only. That time onwards we had a suspicion that how good the doctor was. Anyways after hearing us, he has given me all wrong medicines and when we called him he has behaved extremely bad. Saying not to call ever. He didnt answer if I had to change any medicine. My wife was having severe stomach pain. She started vomiting as well. He only focused in giving 1000 of tests to earn money. We should file case against this kind of fraud doctors and the clinic

All staffs are very helpful & co-operative here. They really take good care and hand-holding of all the patients. Very neat and clean spaces, sitting arrangements are also very comfortable. Thanks to Apollo Clinic/ Midas Touch Health Care.
