The booking procedure is absolutely TRASH. You will get sicker if you follow their booking procedure. Maybe that's the way they wanna increase their revenue. Don't ever visit this clinic or rather a money crazy terrible house.

Location: Near to Dum Dum Metro station (May be tricky to find out however you can ask anyone around and they will guide you) Service: Quite good. Staffs: Helpful and quick responsive. special thanks to Papiya and Sinthiya. Waiting time was not too much. Report: Took two days to deliver. Hygiene: Maintained. It’s all clean. Note: You can’t talk inside the clinic if you’re having Vodafone or Airtel connection.

It is a very serious condition for the patient. I had a slot booked for 6:00 PM, but I reached earlier at around 5:45 PM. I noticed that the staff at the gate were taking money from other patients and giving them first priority, even though they did not have a booking. I have been waiting for around 2 hours, and there has still been no response from the reception. This is very disappointing and shows poor management. There seems to be no responsibility toward patients who have booked slots in advance.

Good service from the reception. They're very co operative. Didn't have to wait for long. Quick report delivery as well. Recommended to all. Great location

If i die theism, dum dum would be responsible. I was there for blood test on 24th December at 4pm. The person ( women, fair skin, around 5'4 height, wearing pink chikankari kurti, chasma, ) who was trying to draw blood , firstly not able to find vein and then pushed the syringe air to my body. I told them it is dangerous but they laughed and said its clean air nothing will happen. They don't even know due to air embolism i could die. I am writing this immediately after this situation. I don't know what will happen in future. If something happens theism and the person will be solely responsible.
