My father recently underwent open heart surgery at Charnock Hospital, and our family is deeply grateful for the exceptional care he received throughout the entire treatment process. The entire team at Charnock Hospital deserves high appreciation. The ICU and post-operative care were excellent, and the doctors, nurses, and support staff were attentive, kind, and always available. The hospital is well-organized, hygienic, and equipped with advanced medical facilities, which made a difficult time much easier for our family. Recently My wife has admitted in Charnock Hospital, Bed no was 3503. She had her C-section delivery. My doctor was Dr Dibyendu Banerjee , he is a magician. So positive , so helpful. Even he is available for their patient in the middle of the night. All the services are so good, Mousumi Podder supervisor of house keeping department doing all the work so sincierly, Mamoni Saha one of the member of house keeping department took care of wife so well, even in the middle of the night when she needed her. Sreeja Sen Floor Incharge of the 5th floor co-operate with us so well, help us to get the cabin even in last hour. All the nurses are well trained, came to check my wife in every 2hours. The nurses of the nursery, who took care of my baby girl, whenever she was crying or need anything. They help us to guide in parenting, as this is our first child. Food, cleanliness hygine everything is so neat and clean, I will recommended Charnock to everyone, not only for maternity but for any other treatment.

My wife’s father, Mr. Gour Saha, was admitted to Bed No. 2502. The hospital facilities are very good and the staff behavior is excellent. I would especially like to appreciate the nursing staff, Chameli Sister, and the housekeeping team Mr. Sumon and Firoza Di, along with their supervisor Mr. Soumya Brata Basu, for being extremely helpful and supportive. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the service.

We are extremely grateful to the entire NICU team at Charnock Hospital for their outstanding care and support. The staff was incredibly helpful, compassionate, and always well-behaved, which gave us immense comfort during a very sensitive time. A special heartfelt thanks to Rumpa Di and Puja Di for their constant care, kindness, and dedication. Their support made a huge difference for us and our baby.
