He has been treating my mother since 2018, and our experience under his guidance has been truly reassuring. My mother suffered a cardiac arrest, and during that critical time, Dr. Sai Kumar Sir guided us with immense patience, clarity, and confidence. Because of his timely treatment and expert care, she recovered well and has been doing fine ever since. Recently, on December 12th, my mother was admitted again under his care. Once again, he treated her exceptionally well, monitored her condition closely, and ensured the best possible treatment. Today, she is stable, healthy, and has good stamina, all thanks to his dedication and expertise. Apollo DRDO Hospital, Hyderabad – Mixed Experience for Body Check-up We recently visited Apollo DRDO Hospital in Hyderabad for a routine body check-up, and while some aspects were decent, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Given the Apollo brand name, we expected a more comprehensive and well-equipped setup, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during our visit. The biggest letdown was that many of the diagnostic machines weren’t available or functional at the time. For a hospital that offers health packages and routine check-ups, this was quite surprising. Basic tests that should have been completed in one go had to be either skipped or postponed due to lack of equipment. It didn’t feel like a hospital of Apollo’s standard in that regard, and it created a lot of inconvenience and delays for us. That said, the user experience (UX) of the hospital was actually quite good. The registration process was smooth, the premises were clean and well-organized, and the waiting areas were comfortable. The signage and flow of services were easy to follow, and we didn’t feel lost or confused about where to go next, which is often an issue in large hospitals. The staff was polite and fairly helpful, though there seemed to be a general lack of urgency and coordination among departments. It would have been far better if there had been a more centralized or streamlined communication system between units. Overall, our experience at Apollo DRDO was a mixed bag. While the infrastructure and user journey were designed well, the absence of key machines for check-ups really took away from the experience. For something as important as a body check-up, a fully equipped facility is essential. Hopefully, they improve this aspect soon. Decent hospital, but not fully dependable yet.

From general consultations to pregnancy care and delivery, she was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She explained every procedure and decision clearly, which gave Us confidence and peace of mind throughout our journey. Her calm, reassuring nature and handling of high-risk scenarios made every visit comfortable.
