My father was admitted here, and we received excellent service from the hospital. Initially, we were unsure as the location seemed tucked away in a lane, making us think we'd gone to the wrong place. However, we soon realized it's a top-notch facility with outstanding care and service. We consulted Dr. Hemanth and Dr. Venu, who were incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough in addressing all our questions and concerns. The ICU staff and on-duty nursing team were prompt and attentive, providing round-the-clock care for the patient.
I have been consulting Medical Oncologist for my mother and giving her the requisite therapy in the oncology ward since Sept 18th. Very good care by Ms Taskeen at the oncology ward. Soft spoken with a calm temperament. Doctor Mrs Bindu Reddy is a simple, humble, caring and cordial person. Her attention towards the patient and their cure is admirable. Her response over phone for any patient's health and care related query is very quick and apt. Overall, I am fully satisfied with the hospiral for the treatment and care my 80 years old mother is getting
My heart is weeping with gratitude for this hospital! Such a wonderful service they are providing to the patients. Especially the nurses and brothers are very friendly. They are so warm and so caring, like our own brothers and sisters. I had never seen such ever-smiling nurses anywhere. I may be ungrateful if I am not naming them... Especially Sisters Anusha, Shwetha, Brother Gopi of SUCI, Akhila, and Shyamala in the sharing wards are such wonderful people. I have to fold my hands with thanks to the non-medical staff, Saidulu and others, for their great service. I came to the Gleneagles Aware global hospital in LB Nagar for my piles surgery in October. Surgical gastroenterologist Dr. Sasheendra did the procedure. All these medical staff were there with me in my excruciatingly painful hours. They reassured me. And I also like how this hospital is strictly following each and every protocol so diligently. This is the best hospital with good service at an affordable cost.
