What patients say
309 on GoogleDoctors is good and gives helpful guidance, which is why we chose this hospital in the first place. But our recent visit left us really disappointed. We were charged ₹300 for a simple pregnancy test that uses a ₹60 strip. It felt more like a business transaction than medical help, especially during such a sensitive time. What made it worse was the behaviour of the receptionist. She was not friendly or supportive at all, which added to the stress instead of comforting us.
Very Good Multi Speciality Hospital. Dr Vairagade and Dr. Mrs. Suchita Vairagade madam have lot of experience. All staff is very friendly and cooperative. Hospital has all required norms. Hospital is easy to locate. OPD and IPD facilities are available. Pharmacy is also available. Pathology lab is also there. Hospital is empanled on many Govt and Non Government Organization. CGHS patient can take treatment here.
I recently visited Apulki Vairagade Hospital, and I am very impressed with their service. The doctors Dr.Sushil Sir and Dr Suchita Ma'am explained everything clearly, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a reassuring environment. Thank you for the excellent service!
This was my first experience with Apulki. I had seen the reviews and initially thought of not going there, but due to timing concerns and the hospital being close to my home, my husband suggested we go for the first check-up. It was only for a pregnancy test, yet for a kit that costs around ₹70, they charged me ₹300. They also asked me to do a sonography in the second month, even though it is usually required after 3 months. When I asked for a certificate stating that I shouldn’t travel long distances, the doctor said I can travel since my pregnancy is healthy. It felt as if she was waiting for something to go wrong so they could earn extra money. I would not recommend this hospital. It was a very pathetic experience. Reply to your response: I have paid a total of ₹800 — ₹500 as OPD fees and an additional ₹300 just for checking the Prega News kit, even though I had already tested at home and informed the doctor about it. I even said I could show the photo of the test, but she still denied and asked us to repeat the same test again. Regarding counselling — we did not receive any proper guidance. This is our first pregnancy, so we expected the doctor to explain basic things such as do’s and don’ts, diet, precautions, and next steps. Instead, the doctor only said, “Ask whatever questions you have.” As first-time parents, how would we know what exactly needs to be asked when this is our first experience? We completely respect doctors and their consultation charges, but in return, we expect proper guidance, empathy, and support — especially during such an emotionally sensitive phase. This is why we felt disappointed with the experience.
