Think twice before coming here – My Honest Experience I am writing this to help other families. While the hospital building looks very nice and modern from the outside, the actual care inside is very disappointing. It feels more like a place to make money than a place to help sick people. Why I am giving 1 star: Poor Nursing & Staff: The nurses and staff are not helpful and their behavior is not good. They do not seem to care about the patients' comfort. Doctor Concerns: Some doctors do not give enough attention to the patients. It feels like they are only focused on the hospital's profit. Security Issues: There are too many security guards. Instead of helping, they are rude and stop you from sitting, sleeping, or even visiting your own patient properly. No Safety Rules: They force attendants to leave their mobile phones outside the ICU (which is not a standard medical rule), but they do not care about people wearing masks, which is actually very important for safety. Final Advice: Please be careful. The building is good, but the treatment and behavior are not. I felt trapped and cheated.
Clean hospital with good doctors and supportive staff. Treatment quality is generally good, though some people feel charges are a bit high and billing/communication can improve. Overall, a reliable option in Varanasi.
The doctors and nursing staff are extremely professional, compassionate, and attentive. The entire process was smooth and well-organized. The hospital maintains excellent hygiene standards, and the facilities are modern and well-equipped. Special thanks to the medical team for their dedication and personal care that made recovery faster and stress-free. Highly recommend Arvachin Hospital to anyone seeking quality healthcare and genuine patient care.
Heart doctors are very good. Doctor Prem Shankar is very humble. His nature is very good. He has become famous and he gives full time to the patient and listens to them well.
Dr Prem Shankar sir (Cardiologist) is a really compassion & dedication and truly commendable in Arvachin Hospital Khaira Chowk Varanasi . From the moment i walked into his cabin i was greeted with warmth and proffesionalism by him. My father was falling due to dizziness & he is dementia patient referred by Dr Vivek Sharma ( Neurologist) Varanasi. However from the moment I reached at Arvachin hospital Dr Prem sir met with a sense of reassurance and proffesionalism that immediately put my father at ease. During consultation he took the time to listen attentively to father concerns and thoroughly explain, diagnosis and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. Their depth of knowledge instilled confidence inspire us . A big thanks to Dr Prem sir & his team . His guidance and expertise i have experienced significant improvement in my father health and quality of life. I am truly grateful for their outstanding care and would highly recommend Dr Prem Shankar to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate Cardiologist .Thank you so much sir 🥰🙏🙏🙏
