Rating: ⭐ (1/5) Very disappointing experience. Staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Patients are not treated with basic respect, and there is no proper communication. Instead of explaining things clearly, they seem careless and inattentive. The most concerning part is the treatment approach. If required medicines are not available, they simply manage with whatever is there instead of arranging proper medication. This kind of casual attitude towards patient care is unacceptable. A hospital should prioritize patient safety and proper treatment, but that seriousness was completely missing here. Not recommended at all.

Both of the physiotherapist are awesome due to them I am able to bend my knee , earlier I was able to bend only 30* but after coming to Maxwell hospital physiotherapy department I am able to bend my knee beyond 100* if you have any ortho problem then you should visit to this hospital

My experience at Maxwell Hospital was excellent. The doctors are highly professional and listen carefully to patients. The staff is polite, supportive, and always ready to help. The hospital is clean, well managed, and provides timely treatment. Overall, it is a reliable healthcare facility and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Maxwell is one of the best hospital for emergency. hope never dies, keep Kalm,and wait ur result. excellent facilities. my patients return from stroke and finally I m going to home. thanks to Dr Pavan agarwal sir, Dr Arvind tyagi sir and thanks to Anand tripathi sir.

Maxwell Hospital is facing serious concerns regarding its management. Ayushman Bharat cards are reportedly accepted inconsistently—approved at the staff’s discretion rather than by policy. There are also allegations of improper insurance claims and unnecessary admission requirements, such as being told that an 8-day stay is compulsory, even though no such rule exists. These issues highlight the need for proper monitoring and accountability to ensure patients are not exploited.
