Varsova Hospital provides excellent medical care with a professional and compassionate team. The doctors are highly experienced and take time to explain the treatment clearly. The nursing staff is polite, supportive, and attentive to patients’ needs. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern medical facilities. The admission and discharge process is smooth, and the staff ensures minimal waiting time. Overall, Varsova Hospital is a reliable and trustworthy healthcare center, and I highly recommend it for quality treatment and patient care.

Only those who are ready to die should go to Versova Hospital it's a complete fraud. I realized this only after experiencing it firsthand, when I saw how a doctor could play with someone’s health just for money. I had a fracture in my backbone and was suffering from constant pain. I had already gotten it checked earlier, but the pain didn’t go away. Someone told my father about Dr. P.S. Dubey at Versova, so we went there. He got my X-ray done again and claimed that my hip had worn out. Then he recommended a series of expensive tests—CT scans, MRIs—all at a specific diagnostic center, Noble Star, which seemed to be in their circle for commissions. Normally, such test reports are available within 24 hours, but they made me run around for three days, saying the tests had some errors and needed to be repeated—each time more expensive than before. Meanwhile, my old X-ray reports, prescriptions, and treatment notes from my previous doctor mysteriously disappeared from my file. When I kept asking about them, they gave no clear answersclearly trying to hide something so I wouldn’t question them. When we finally got the report, Dr. P.S. Dubey immediately said that I needed surgery. I told him I wasn’t having any issues with my leg, but he forcefully said I would need a double hip replacement. It was obvious he was targeting us to exploit the Ayushman Bharat health card scheme for money. He manipulated my father emotionally, saying things like, "Your daughter won’t be able to walk or get married." Another strange thing: after the reports came, the doctor and his team would sit in their cabin for hours discussing among themselves before calling us in. It felt very shady. I was not convinced by the report, so I showed it to another doctor—he said the same thing, which made me suspicious that the report wasn’t even mine. Either it belonged to someone else or it was completely fake. I gathered the courage to tell my father, despite us being from a middle-class family and already having spent so much on my treatment. We finally consulted a reputed doctor who did a fresh set of tests. It turned out that everything was normalexcept the fracture in my backbone, which is now being treated properly. I’m recovering well. I’m sharing this so people know how middle-class and poor patients are being exploited in the name of treatment. This is a massive scam happening under the Ayushman Card scheme. These people have no hesitation in playing with lives for money. Please, if you value your life, avoid Versova Hospital at all costs. Always get second or even third opinions before going through any treatment. Worst hospital, worst doctor, and worst staff ever.
