Pathetic hospital. It will be improper to call it hospital. It's a cash squeezing machine. Setup is like hotel having reception, valet parking etc. but facilities are poor. Very high charge. 800/- just to see the doctor after waiting 4-5 hours. Came here seeing online review but all reviews are fake. Their staff takes mobiles of patients and post 5 star review. Better visit somewhere else. My elderly father had to stand for almost 2 hours as no seat was there.
They will charge you first for 800 rupees for the doctor to consider coming. If you don't pay, the to doctor won't come. We came at 9 am. We have an emergency and need to catch the flight. It's 100 percents sure that the hospital doesn't open at 9.00 am! The doctor might or might not come at 10 or 11am. When we said it's an emergency and on the website it said available 24/7, it's not true. The reception said the docter can come if we pay first. One said the doctor will arrive in 30 mins, another said 20 mins and another said in 10mins only if I pay first. This is ver unprofessional and unethical as well. Please avoid at all cost.
I had a very good experience at ASG Hospital, Varanasi. The doctors are highly professional, knowledgeable, and very patient while explaining the diagnosis and treatment process. The staff members are polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and well-organized. The entire process—from registration to consultation and treatment—was smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate the care and attention given to patients.
Dr. Kartikey Singh is an outstanding doctor. He operated, and from the first consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, everything was handled with great care and precision. He explained the procedure clearly and treated us with patience and respect. ASG Hospital, Varanasi has a very supportive staff and clean environment. Truly grateful for such excellent treatment. Must visit everyone (specially - patient with retinal problems)
Dr. Kartikye Singh one of the best doctor, Extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Discussed pros and cons of my eyes surgery. Explained everything very well. Dr. kartikey singh and his staff were caring and supportive. I felt comfortable and confident in the care I received. hospitals all staff are excellent. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
