The nursing staff provided exceptional care with professionalism, compassion, and dedication. They were always respectful, attentive, and responsive to patients' needs despite working under significant pressure. Their commitment to delivering high-quality care is truly commendable. However, it was evident that the nursing team is carrying a very heavy workload. The current staffing levels appear insufficient for the number of patients, which places considerable strain on the staff. Increasing nursing staff or improving workload distribution would not only support their well-being but also help maintain the excellent standard of patient care they consistently provide. Overall, I sincerely appreciate the outstanding efforts of the nursing team and hope they receive the additional support and resources they deserve.

It's good as compared to any hospital which is open in.. 1980. It deals with just 2 types of cancer patients. So less crowded construction is good. new technology is there pet scan, ct scan, MRI is available. All at a decent cost. Seating capacity is less in halls. But huge waiting area is there for.. waiting in outside the hospital.

Went for the first time and experience was not great ..... Seen by junior doctor and was nice main problem was with the management for every smaller thing there was hectic process so I have toh make rounds for just a sign of doctor but it's everything better than nothing..... infrastructure of hospital is good .. patients from nearby states visits this hospital it's opened in 2019 before that it was being operated by railways as railway hospital but later it was converted to Cancer hospital in association with Tata Memorial Hospitals

Cleaning activities are not carried out consistently. Even basic areas like waiting spaces and corridors often appear unclean, which is concerning for a healthcare facility.The ICU waiting area is not cleaned properly, especially on Sundays. Considering the critical nature of the ward, maintaining hygiene in this area should be a priority at all times.
