Heartfelt thanks to the entire medical team at Galaxy Hospital. Dr. V. D. Tiwari expertise gave us immense confidence during a difficult time. The constant care and support from the Admin and nurses staff made recovery journey much easier. My only suggestion for the management is to consider opening a dedicated Rehabilitation Center ( Rehab Center). While the surgeries and treatments are world-class, having an in-house or affiliated rehab facility for post- discharge recovery will help patients in overall recovery. This will make Galaxy a truly complete healthcare destination. Keep up the great work!
I am sharing my personal observation about my experience with Galaxy Hospital. Last year my father was admitted there due to a brain hemorrhage. Sadly, he is no longer with us. We already knew that the chances of survival were very low, so this post is not about blaming the doctors for the outcome. However, during that difficult time I noticed some very disturbing practices. Many medicines and items were written in coded words, and patients were forced to purchase them only from the hospital’s own store. This lack of transparency makes the whole system look extremely profit-driven and unethical. In moments when families are emotionally broken and vulnerable, turning healthcare into aggressive business is deeply disappointing. Hospitals are meant to serve humanity with honesty and compassion, not exploit patients’ helpless situations.
This is the most unethical hospital I have ever encountered. They treat patients as nothing more than billing machines, basing the level of care and attention entirely on the size of the package or how much you can pay. The lack of basic medical knowledge is staggering—the staff does not even know how to properly collect a blood sample or accurately check a blood group. To make matters worse, the doctors and hospital members are completely unresponsive. Dealing with this facility is a nightmare and a serious safety risk. Avoid at all costs.
They charge high fees for everything yet don't deliver quality service. If you go there you will see a chaos and lack of cleanliness like in a neglected government hospital. I paid 1200 INR for a consultation with Dr. Ajay Pandey who is a qualified doctor but even after paying such a high fees I couldn't get a fully private consultation with him because there were already two or three patients sitting inside his chamber waiting for their turn. This means no confidentiality at all about your medical condition. This is unethical practice. Hope they correct their practice. Thank you.
One of the best Hospital in Varanasi for Neuro surgery, especially OT team is very intelligent and professional. I would like to recommend for all type of diagnosis is far better than other institutions. Thank you to all galaxy hospital Dr and their team
