Extremely Extremely disappointed! Poor Hospital facilities, nursing staff and reception staff having no sense how to talk! Attaching few pictures that shows how clean the hospital is. Washrooms extremely dirty. This hospital staff only wants money. Zero rating, Zero Service, Zero staff

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my recent experiences at [Medical Facility Name]. Firstly, I have observed that the staff appears to be uncooperative and lacking in collaboration. This has resulted in miscommunication and a lack of support for patients, making it difficult to receive coordinated and timely care. Additionally, I must highlight the poor conditions of the facility. The lack of adequate resources and maintenance raises serious concerns about patient safety and the overall quality of care provided. Most troubling is the apparent prioritization of personal interests over patient well-being among the staff. This behavior not only affects the quality of care but also undermines patient trust and comfort in a healthcare setting. I believe these issues need urgent attention to improve the experience for all patients. I appreciate your prompt consideration of these matters and look forward to your response.
