My father had prostate surgery nine months ago, and the problem has resurfaced today. So I had it checked again. They checked again and said the prostate had shrunk. We'll check again. I said okay. After the check, they said we'll have to do another operation using a telescope. You should see Mr. Saxena. He handles financial matters. We went there, and Mr. Saxena told us the cost would be 50,000 rupees. We said, "You've already taken 100,000 rupees from us nine months ago. Why should you pay us twice? We'll argue this matter with Mr. Saxena." We won't pay you twice for the same operation. Why should we pay for your mistake? After that, we returned. What else should I write? I just want to say that people like Saxena are tarnishing the name of Goyal Hospital.

I recently visited the hospital with my mother, and the experience was appalling. The reception staff prepared a wrong bill, which made it impossible for me to claim insurance. When I requested a correction, the staff's behavior was unacceptable - they were rude, dismissive, and uncooperative. What's more concerning is the way they spoke to my mother, who was alone during her first visit. The receptionist's comment, "Amma jiko kuch samjh to aata nai hai" was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. Despite filing a complaint, no action was taken. When the receptionist called to correct the bill, she ended up shouting at me and using abusive language regarding my mother. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and it's disappointing to see a private hospital failing to treat patients with dignity. The experience felt more like a government hospital, with frustrated staff who seemed more interested in arguing than providing care. Avoid this hospital at all costs. The staff's behavior is unacceptable, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I hope the hospital administration takes concrete steps to address these issues and improve patient care. Until then, I would advise others to explore alternative options. Don't go with your elderly patients they disrespect the elderly patients. Worst staff i have ever met in a private hospital. Seems to be bad govt. hospital. frustrated staff.
