Worst hospital experience of my life. I would strongly advise everyone to NEVER visit this hospital. Today I went to this hospital with my fiancé, who is suffering from severe spinal pain. Despite charging fees, they made us wait for almost 6 hours. First they said the doctor is not available, then kept giving false assurances like “come in one hour”, “come in two hours”, “come in three hours”. After waiting for six long hours, there was still no sign of any doctor. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Patients were treated very badly, without any empathy or respect. They completely failed to understand the seriousness of my fiancé’s condition and showed zero concern for his pain. Even after waiting patiently for hours, we were forced to leave because no doctor ever came. This hospital is absolutely pathetic, irresponsible, and disgusting in terms of patient care. I have never seen such a horrible and dirty management in my life. This hospital is a complete waste of time, money, and trust. Please do not go here.

Bad management at Asian Hospital, Patna. If you come at 10 AM, you may have to wait till 4 PM for your turn. But if someone is known to the staff or has any internal connection, they get direct entry without waiting. This is totally unfair and a clear misuse of the management system. Asian Hospital team should seriously look into this issue and fix their management process. Otherwise, the trust of common patients will continue to go down.

Recently I having Ear Wax issue that lead serious problem I unable to listen properly, and not even speaking properly I feel excaust, irrated by this thing then I visited the Asian hospital I met receptionist she is very kind, she give me proper guidance and she said meet ent Doctor Abhimanyu Sir. He available Every After 4 At clock in evening then I came and met the Sir He is Very Good Doctor he just checked my ear and cleaning it one ear at same day after cleaning I feel must relieve and better then he advised me to came back after one week today I got meet him again he cleaned second ear also now I feel Good and much good and confident. So Thank you Abhimanyu sir and Receptionist Ma'am and Asian Hospital for This Kind of Service.
