Hello, my name is Aditya Chaudhary. There are some issues with the management of your hospital. For example: the same food prepared for lunch is being reheated and served to patients at night. Eight people are being allowed to stay with a single patient overnight. There are no nurses or compounders present to care for patients at night because everyone goes to sleep after 12 AM. Patients are made to wait for five days before receiving treatment, and most importantly, medication is not being given to patients even though it is available at the pharmacy counter.

Dr was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, explaining my treatment plan in detail. Their calm demeanor made a stressful situation so much easier and The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and has excellent infrastructure. The atmosphere felt welcoming, not sterile.

The hospital is best in cleaning and services. All the sisters are very kind. Doctors are knowledgeable. Hospital management staffs are very much helpful. They are capable to handle any kind of situation. All over I have the best experience over here. The are really kind. Result is also visible in one day. Dr G B Raman treated me. He is also very good doctor. I recommend this hospital.

Despite several rounds of clarification with both the hospital and my insurance provider, settling the account took nearly the entire day.
