Date 27-09-2025 I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding staff member Preeti Kumari, who was sitting at the billing counter. She generated two bills for the same test. When I asked her about it, she misinformed me instead of clarifying the situation. Additionally, when I requested a refund, it took more than one hour to process, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request the management team to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action.
