👎 Highly Disorganized and Unprofessional Experience The facility and the entire patient management system are shockingly unorganized and unprofessional. My visit resulted in endless waiting and complete confusion due to a lack of basic infrastructure. Key Issues Faced: * Zero Transparency on Doctor's Availability: There is absolutely no transparency regarding the doctor's whereabouts. Patients are left waiting, with no way to know if the doctor is currently in the OPD, attending to a patient, or if they have suddenly been called away to the Operation Theatre (OT). We were given vague assurances with no reliable information. * Non-Existent System: There is no token system, no announcement speaker, and no digital display screen to indicate the current serving number or the estimated waiting time. * Chaotic Patient Calling: The staff are forced to strain their voices and shout names across the crowded waiting area, adding to the general noise and confusion. This is unprofessional for a healthcare environment and inefficient for the staff. * Endless, Uninformed Waiting: We were waiting endlessly without any indication of when our turn would arrive. To check our status, we had to approach the enquiry counter repeatedly, only to receive the same unhelpful, canned response every single time. SUMMARY: The lack of a basic queue system or transparency about the doctor's status makes the entire process feel chaotic and disrespectful of the patient's time. I strongly urge the management to implement a simple token or digital display system immediately to improve patient flow and communication. Would NOT recommend this hospital until their patient management and OPD infrastructure are significantly upgraded. One good point about the hospital is the doctors are good here.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to @Dr.Md Javed for the excellent care I received during my recent gall bladder surgery at Ruban Memorial Hospital, Patna. Your expertise and guidance throughout the process were truly commendable. The surgery was successful, and I appreciated the through explanation you provided about my condition and the procedure. The hospital staff were supportive, and the overall discharge process was smooth and efficient. Thank you @Dr. Md Javed Sir for ensuring a comfortable recovery and addressing all my concerns. Date 27-09-2025 I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding staff member Preeti Kumari, who was sitting at the billing counter. She generated two bills for the same test. When I asked her about it, she misinformed me instead of clarifying the situation. Additionally, when I requested a refund, it took more than one hour to process, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request the management team to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action. My father was brought to the hospital in a critical condition after being shot, and it was one of the most frightening moments of our lives. Dr. Javed Sir and team immediately took charge and performed a complex surgery. Because of him my father’s life was saved. For a child, a father means the world, and Dr. Javed Sir has given my father a second chance at life. For us, he will always be someone we deeply respect and pray for. Ruban Memorial Hospital truly has a team of wonderful doctors and staff who work tirelessly to save lives.
