Hi, my overall experience has not been great though your Dr Pankaj batra & hospital staff nurses are extra courteous and professionally guided to take care of the guests (Patient & Attendants). Please ensure to treat the ailment of the patient first irrespective of whether he holds a medical insurance or not & follow the protocols to treat the ailment on quickly & timely manner instead of making the Patient family pay unnecessary charges disrupting their finances. You also have to improve the quality of your food supply provided for the guests. Overall average experience.
