We had a wonderful experience during the birth of our baby. The doctors and nursing staff were caring, supportive, and made us feel safe throughout the normal delivery process. Thank you to the entire team at Batra Heart and Multispecialty Hospital for the excellent care shown during our baby’s birth—it truly meant a lot to our family. Special thanks to Dr. Chhavi for her right guidance and continuous support throughout the pregnancy, Dr. Meenu for her care, and Dr. Arunabh for treating our baby with such compassion. Hi, my overall experience has not been great though your Dr Pankaj batra & hospital staff nurses are extra courteous and professionally guided to take care of the guests (Patient & Attendants). Please ensure to treat the ailment of the patient first irrespective of whether he holds a medical insurance or not & follow the protocols to treat the ailment on quickly & timely manner instead of making the Patient family pay unnecessary charges disrupting their finances. You also have to improve the quality of your food supply provided for the guests. Overall average experience.
