I really appreciate below mentioned Doctors and staff. Dr. Vishal Dhir Dr. Alok Kumar Dr. Rashid Lovely, Bhaskar, Neha, Jyoti, Keshav and the whole team. Doctors have supported throughout the whole surgery, we really appreciate the whole staff and doctors for coordinating and supporting us during this tough time. I really recommend everyone to come here for any kind of medical treatment.

My husband got admitted to this hospital on 16th of January for a surgery, Dr Vijendra Gupta did that surgery. He's an awesome person. All went well but when we were shifted to the ward, inspite of informing the nursing staff about my husband health that he is a diabetic patient and taking insulin, he was given RL which shoot up his sugar level, I called up the nursing staff to change it to NS. After that he was given insulin. The insulin pen which was supposed to be refrigerated was kept in a refrigerator which was not working. Next morning when I checked the insulin pen, I called the nurse and asked her why she did this, she said "galti se ho gaya mam abhi rakh deti hu dusre refrigerator mein " You need to beg them for basic things, like toilet paper roll, sanitizer, warm water. The day of discharge i.e. on 18 th January, I followed up since 10 am, they said duty doctor will come by 12 noon. I asked them to please get it done soon as my kids are alone at home for last 3 days, the lady on counter of 6th floor rudely said " Aaj Sunday hai time lagega, kal kyu nahi hue discharge" .As of we are enjoying staying here. Her tone was like a kaamwali bai. To sum up 1. Doctor is best 2. Nursing staff is not good 3. Billing staff is pathetic Because of doctor we tolerated this nonsense.

We recently underwent bypass surgery for my father at this hospital, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional care we received. From the very beginning, the doctors explained everything clearly and handled the case with great expertise and confidence. The entire medical team, including the surgeons, nurses, and support staff, were extremely cooperative, kind, and attentive throughout the process and big thanks to dr vishal dhir, dr alok kumar , dr rashid , and staff members lovely , bhaskar , neha , jyoti , keshav .
