Dr vidhi is the best gynaecologist in Faridabad! She supported my wife with great care and compassion during an emotional phase, but Dr. Vidhi guided us with the best advice and made us feel truly comfortable.The supreme hospital is an excellent healthcare facility very clean, well organized we have grateful to have such professional and helpful medical staff and doctors. . I highly recommend supreme hospital Faridabad for its excellent service and polite and helpful staff.

Very disappointing experience with the desk staff at Supreme Hospital, Faridabad. The administrative process is extremely slow and poorly managed. Even after doctors confirmed discharge, the staff kept delaying it again and again without giving any clear reason. Every time we asked for an update, we were told to “wait” with no proper explanation. It felt like there is no coordination between departments, and patients’ time and stress levels are not taken seriously. A hospital should focus not only on treatment but also on efficient management, which was clearly lacking here.Also provide staff on Sunday specially because it's not a corporate office it's hospital it need to be run 24×7 I hope the management and senior authorities look into this issue and improve the discharge and front desk system so other families don’t have to face the same frustration. 🙂

I had a great experience at supreme hospital the doctor and nurses are very nice and friendly. I am so thankful to have Dr. Garima Singh as my gynae throughout the pregnancy and delivery process. She was able to guide us well on our every concern which kept us confident through the entire journey. Still remember her polite and clear instruction during active labor, which helped me sail through the process. Dr. Garima's dedication to her patients is commendable. She was always available on phone whenever I needed her support. Having such dedicated and selfless doctors in today's world is a blessing.Thank u soooo much dr. Garima for such an easy normal delivery., for ur promptness for ur patience for ur friendliness for ur care.Dr Garima is so humble and approachable doctor. Without her I won't be able to deliver baby with normal vaginal delivery... She is a gem💎... thankyou so much Dr garima...

Recently my sister in law delivered her first baby boy at supreme hospital under the guidance of Dr Garima. From the very start of her pregnancy she and my family members were particular about normal delivery. It took little time for us to find the right doctor and right hospital. In her sixth month she got to know about Dr Garima and her expertise in normal delivery. And from there we never looked back or doubted any thing. The way she showed confidence in everything and her polite nature towards her patients is really great. And finally it was a normal delivery under epidural Anesthesia (painless delivery). Special mention of the cleanliness inside the hospital and good behaviour of staffs. Thank you Dr Garima mam and supreme hospital. Highly recommended!!

What kind of hospital doesn't keep all the records of their patients??? Just because, we countered the front desk regarding the differential pricing, they started saying there are no records. They mentioned all the other records except for that particular visit. It's suspicious. If the doctor is not aware of the billing rules, is it the fault of the patients???? There was a time, when Supreme hospital was not like other money squeezing greedy hospitals, but today this place also felt the same. So, if the doctor had said a wrong thing about the billing, it should have been informed them not to do it from next time. But instead, the front desk people behaved as it is our fault. And the worst part is how come the hospital doesn't have the old records. What's the point of asking the phone numbers and keeping it all digital???? This is not a single instance. There was an emergency for one of my neighbour who has been doing regular treatment over here, and in the night when medical assistance was needed, no one picked the phone or even responded back. We had to take him to a different hospital. If we would have delayed another 30 mins, he would have collapsed. This is the level of medical assistance they are providing now. I have been visiting here for the last 3-4 years, but now I think it's time, I have to change to a different hospital. Highly disappointed with the hospital especially the Front desk people. BUT TO BE HONEST, THE HOSPITAL HAS SOME VERY GOOD DOCTORS AND GOOD MEDICAL STAFF.
